Kimya has developed a product line with a very low toxicological profile and high performance, which, in addition to minimizing stop marks, enables a significant reduction in demineralized water consumption along the line (30–50%), resulting in substantial cost savings.

Wet Temper Fluids

Kimya solutions for Wet Tempering are water-based formulations, strictly Boron and Nitrite-Free. Designed to keep work rolls clean, they provide high corrosion protection for coils during warehouse storage, even without the use of protective oils.

Our product line is based on a revolutionary, mineral oil-free, patented technology that employs synthetic or bio-based oil bases, enhanced by an additive package customized for the specific application. Kimya emulsions ensure superior performance during machining operations and enable a truly innovative end-of-life management: simplified separation allows the recovery of a high-value oily phase (secondary raw material) and an aqueous phase with low surfactant and COD content, significantly reducing treatment time and costs.
